Gigi and I have been whisking matcha in our garden since 2023!  

As we began sharing our collection with friends, their encouragement inspired us to make our single cultivars available to the wider Perth community. 

We source exceptional matcha from local farms just outside Uji, where a deep commitment to the farm-to-cup process ensures both quality and care for the surrounding land. 

Our journey is guided by a love for all things nature, authenticity, and yutori—a sense of spaciousness both within and around you. A moment of pause, a moment of breath, a moment to take in the beauty that is mother nature.  

We hope our matcha offers a calm counterpoint to a rushed world.
